I believe, following points demonstrate my leadership style from this list :

1. Identify the results you want :

As I like to investigate the root cause of the situation or issues before taking the action as it can lead to identify the results I want. It requires goal actualization and setting the goals which takes calculate risk, has potential to succeed. Like for example, before starting a business and spending all the life savings to make it set up, understanding what results can you achieve from it that is growth and personal development is important.

3. Invest the time in getting to know the people you wish to influence :

As humans are the most important assets to the organization, therefore I like to invest my time and efforts to know them better, which is necessary to build a winning team and reach the ultimate goal. Before influencing the people it is important to know their personality, beliefs, and values so that the leader can understand the way in which they can be influenced.
