As you enter the diner, you overhear the manager denying an application to a woman who is considered by society to be overweight. Construct a short impromptu talk that you would have with the manager with regard to this situation

ANSWER :- Job interview are the prominent thing in person's life,who are pursuing opportunity to get involve in some of the job.Being called for an interview in a local diner where the work will involve to wait table,as this job will help to pay through college is one of the great feeling.But as soon as i reached there,i heard the manager denying an application to a woman who is considered by society to be overweight.Thereby,i though of having an impromptu talk with the manager with respect to the given situation.As it was matter of interview,and moreover while conveying my though to the manager it was very much require that i should maintain my calm and polite manner,yet making my thoughts clear to the manager.So,after the interview i just asked the manager regarding the speciality of the place,since it was diner,the most obvious answer would be food,and along with that ambience. Considering the similar answer i would continue,since these two are the speciality of this place,so eventually,people will come here for these two things only.So,how will it matter that the girl in the job should be skinny only rather the one who is considered overweight by the norms of society.I will make him know,that by doing these things,they are probably doubting their own capabilities as such the food their is not so good enough to gather the customer,and moreover the most disrespecting thing they are doing with the girls by body shaming them,and even judging their caliber without even giving them a chance.
