I have completed a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration in the field of marketing. I worked as a business development executive in an industrial waste management company and after a year I decided to switch over my career in the field of Industrial Safety. It took me a year to analyze the calculated risks involved in it and to take a final decision. I had to do another Master’s degree in the field of Industrial Safety as a process of the change. I decided to involve myself in the change as I found the field of safety has a huge opportunity in the future especially in India and also based on the knowledge I gained while working in the waste management industry. The feelings involved in the change are rated based on my personal experience due to the career change.
