High Self Awareness – This is during an interview which was a stress interview where I remained patient and did not jump to inferences. Hence I kept my calm and got through well.
Low Self Awareness – This was during an official party where I got tangled into a conversation and committed to projects too quickly before realizing the whole context and ended up picking very difficult tasks.
Strength – I am very organized and hence I always have a lot of time even in the most stressed situations.
Weakness – I tend to organize too much and hence sometimes I do end up doing a lot of unnecessary work
Situations –
High Self – Management – This was during a client visit when the client suddenly requested for some unplanned information which I was able to provide due to my organized way of working.
Low Self – Management – This happened when I was preparing a report and actually ended up providing a lot of unnecessary information as during the briefing I was writing the broader points and did not realize the specifics and gave off a lot of information which added not much value.
Strengths – I am able to realize and pick the situations of the people around me and hence I am considered to be sensitive and have the trust of my people
Weakness – At times I become too considerate for others and end up taking responsibilities of the other people on my shoulders
Situations –
High Empathy – This was a situation when one of my team member became suddenly silent during a conversation and I realized that he had felt bad and I realized that a sensitive nerve had been touched so I immediately took care of the situation and pacified my team member before the situation could go out of bounds
Low Empathy – This was where I realized that one of my team member was struggling but as I never wanted to take his responsibility I remained ignorant and actually the project reached a verge of failure.
Strength – I have a tendency to speak and converse at the level of the person I am conversing with and hence I build up friendly repertoires easily.
Weakness – I have a habit of sometimes getting a little over occupied in tings and end up following on old relations which sometimes end up getting distanced
Situation –
High Relationship Management – This is when I had an interaction with the client and continued to concentrate on the client and ended up acquiring almost double the business that was expected due to high relationship management.
Low Relationship Management – This was situation with one of my previous bosses where I had moved to a different department and my connections with my previous boss got weaker as the days passed and a situation cam when I had to move back into his team but I could not pick up from the past connections which shows my poor relationship management skills in this situation.
