1. Describe, use specific details, the lifestyle behaviors are you engaging in/not engaging in that are putting you at risk for cardiovascular disease and cancer. You can list these items with a sentence or two explaining why they are issues. For example: poor diet - I eat a lot of fried foods that are exposing me to high unhealthy fat levels and I drink too many sweet beverages such as sweet ice tea. I do not exercise enough. I walk for 30 minutes per day but it does not elevate my heart rate enough and with only 30 minutes I am not meeting the minimum requirement.

2. Based on what you've learned, if you had to go back and redo the 9 dimension assignment would you change any characteristic from a strength to a weakness or a weakness to a strength? Which ones? Why have you changed your opinion? If you would not make a change, what have you learned that reinforces your current behaviors?

3. Write 2 SMART goals. One that addresses improving a behavior to reduce your risk for cardiovascular disease and the other for reducing your risk for cancer.
