Answer: Physical activities can improve not only mental health but also physical health. It improves the mental health status and enable us to think properly. Indulgence of physical activities in our daily life such as walking, exercising etc. can improve overall health. It has been found that minimum 35 minutes of physical activities such as walking, running etc can improve the weight, prevent the development of chronic diseases as well as maintains healthy blood pressure. People need to be fit and indulge healthy lifestyle. Along with the physical activities it is important to adopt healthy lifestyle such as eating healthy foods, green vegetable, eliminatiy the oily and fast food from diet. This will lead a well balanced weight and will reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. A healthy body makes a healthy mind and hence it prevents from stress and depression.
