For each one of the following problem, please provide the State tuple, initial state and size of state space, goal test, successor function/action, and cost function.
I am going to give the solution partwise:-
1 Ai needs to clean a 2x2 room
State tuple would contain the room no and whether it has finished cleaning or not
Initial state would have no room and not finished
state space will be number of rooms which is 4 (+1 for initial state)
goal state will be when it has finished clearing
succesor function will be to move to the next room if not finished cleaning
cost function will be the amount of time required to clean a room
2. state tuple would be the current state and also whether it is live(children nodes not yet explored), e(currently being explored) or dead(all children explored but coiuld not find solution) node in a tree form
initial and goal states would be specified
state space would be all possible states that can be reached from the initial state
succesor function would be the child node according to a legal move
cost function would be the number of states explored to arrive at the goal state
3. to measure out exactly 1 minute of time, start burning the 12 and 8 minutes simultaneously. When the 8 minutes would have burned off, 4 minutes would remain on the 12 min rope. Start the 3 min then. When it also burns then 1 min would remain on the 12 min rope.
for AI system it need to measure the combination it can measure using these 3 ropes which are:
12, 8, 3 , 20, 23, 11, 1, 4, 7 etc.
these can be constructed by multiplying each term with 0, 1 or -1 and ignoring the negative times
4. initial state - idle
goal state - idle
state space, idle, engaged, busy, talking, resolving, feedback
cost function would be amount of time spent per state
5..to solve homework using AI is a very generic issue. AI can be used as an issue solver like google search bar where you casn type queries and can have predictive analysis done upon it. You can also use NLP to consturct paragraphs and generic essays. Much work is to be done on this.

Please read the attached article from the New York Times and write a short paper answering the below questions. There is no length minimum for the essay. I would anticipate approximately 1-2 pages double-spaced, 12pt Times New Roman font to address all required elements. Papers over 2 pages will receive an automatic reduction of 50%. Your task is to accomplish two goals in your paper: Analyze a business problem(s) presented in the article and describe its effect on the business...

Risk management in Information Security today Everyday information security professionals are bombarded with marketing messages around risk and threat management, fostering an environment in which objectives seem clear: manage risk, manage threat, stop attacks, identify attackers. These objectives aren't wrong, but they are fundamentally misleading. In this session we'll examine the state of the information security industry in order to understand how the current climate fails to address the true needs of the business.
