Plants are critical toour planet's survival. Explain why this is, generally speaking, be sure to include the reaction and its components, and the following: ATP, Photosystem 1, Photosystem 2, chloroplasts, NADPH, thylakoid, photon, and glucose.

Plants are critical for our survival because they make food by the process of photosynthesis. This food is the source of energy for us.

Plants also release oxygen in this process and takes carbondioxide from the atmosphere. In this way, the carbon dioxide relased by us is recycled into oxygen by means of plant. And as we know that oxygen is essential for us for respiration. That's why plants are essential for our survival.

There is found two phase of photosynthesis by which the plants make food and release oxygen for us. This process occurs in chlorplast :

:1) light phase: There is found splitting of water in photosystem 1 and release oxygen which is essential for our survival.

Then photosystem 2 leads to synthesis of NADPH.

Photosystem 1 and 2 found in thylakiud lumen.

ATP is also synthesised in the light phase by ATP synthase when hydrogen is pumped in the thylakoid lumen.

2) Dark phase: The dark phase utilise the NADPH and ATP and leads to synthesis of glucose.
