To resolve this issue, businesses often restrict investments in computing resources those for which standards available/exist

in distributed data processing, especially in decentralized environment, data produced by an program at one location may not be usable in the produced form by programs at another location

we can resolve this issue by use data dictionary and database standards such as Open Database connectivity(ODBC) to reduce data incompatabilities
