Question 5: The one who will be highly affected by this strategy is the organization and followed by the employees of the organization. It is important to mention that, I will be creating new departments to increase staffing in some areas because an efficient and effective IT team is necessary that can capitalize and maintain on the new infusion of technologies into the firm. Furthermore, after technologies used in the organization, it can effectively reduce the workforce and for that, it is essential to remove the human resource department because new technologies will be replacing the same.
