Uber’s Market stakeholders are all those entities, which works towards the companies operation a success. They devote time, money and their valuable resources to make the organization a success. The market stakeholders, in this case, are Uber, the Uber drivers, the private investors, the customer, and the American insurance associations. The drivers want to Insure themselves from any legal proceedings. The customers want a safe and secure journey. The insurance companies want to make business and earn a premium.

The nonmarket stakeholders are the external political and social forces who do not directly engage with the company’s business but they can influence the success of the company. The Uber Nonmarket stakeholders are the girl’s family, the government legislator, other car-hailing companies, intern based firms, cab drivers, and the New York Times. The girl’s family wants legal justice for her. The government legislator wants laws to handle the case and ensure that such a case does not reoccur. The cab-hailing companies and cab drivers want similar rules for all.
