Please help

I am not good English, I learn about how to assessment a patient room to see do they have good or any condition that left in the patient room to make sure patient safety.

I practice about how to withdraw medicine and inject to the patient with IM and SQ method.

Case study for the patient to ER what the nurse should do for assessment, and plan to help the patient

Please help me to write paragraph to answer these question base on what I learn for lab

1 ANSWER :

During my clinical experience I learnt about performing assessment of patient, assessing patient room whether patient is in good condition or not, assessing the safety of patient is present in the room or not and I also practiced medicine administration, loading of injections, administering of medications through Intramuscular and sub cutaneous routes. Also I performed case study and learnt about forming nursing process which helps to save patient in Emergency Room (ER).

2 ANSWER :

Being not good at English, I learnt about the basic nursing practices, common assessments, medicine administration, case study which changed my nursing practice to become better. The learnt experiences from practicing of all the nursing skills and techniques now I am confident to handle situations that will rise in my pathway. A good positive change occurred in seeing of the things and to provide qualitative care o the patients.
