Please help

I am not good writing English. Can you help me answer these question. I just try to put some information for what I learn from the clinic. Please help me expand it

1. What did you learn during this clinical experience?

I following to the nurse and learn about routine of the nurse to pass med and take care of patient. I learn the wound, and see a patient with edema.

2. How has this changed and influenced your nursing practice?

1. The clinical experience was a great learning experience for me as a student nurse. The clinical experience has enabled me to get hands on experience to practice whatever is being taught in my nursing school. In my posting, I was assigned under a staff nurse and was guided by her throughout my posting. Under her supervision and guidance I learned about taking care of the patients with their basic care and attending to their needs as required. I assisted the staff nurse in performing the ward routine duties such as medication administration following all principles and taking efforts in providing quality care to the patients. I was fortunate to see a case with open wound and it's characteristics and also to witness a patient with edema and learn about it's gradings and care of the patient. It was a great experience and looking forward to many such learning.

2. This clinical experience has urged me to put my knowledge into practice. Due to witnessing the cases personally, I've realised the problems that are faced by the patients, anticipated the problems that can occur to the patients and the basic care that will be needed and which should be provided by me. As I could see the patients with wound and edema, it has created a curiosity to know about it's cause, how it can be assessed and how it can be managed effectively. This clinical experience has changed me from a student to a curious nursing student.
