Project: Bicycle manufacturing.

Below are the set of activities involved in bicycle manufacturing. WBS should cover the various operations involved in bicycle build. Bicycle has different sub units such as Frameset, Crank set, Wheels, the breaking system, Shifting system, integration and the overall project management which monitor the progress of the activities and meeting the demand , proposed budget and timeline etc.

The sub level task for each activity contribute to complete the entire task. For eg: Frame set comprises of frame bar, handle bar and seat.
