The composition of our gastrointestinal tract microbiota is influenced by our diet. Yogurt contains diverse group of good bacteria, which is also known as probiotic bacteria and these could influence the bacteria in intestinal tract and produce benefits for health. Yogurt is a form of fermented milk provides a good amount of lactic acid bacteria to the gut & improve the gut environment, and reduce hazardous enzymes produced by native bacteria. The improved gut can benefit us with better metabolism & could prevent any diseases related to metabolism.
