1)Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity is a cell mediated immune response. It involves mostly natural killer cells.These cells express Fc receptor called CD16 on their surface.

2) Plasma cells generate antibodies. The antibodies generated bind to the specific antigen and destroy it.

3) Due to increased vascular permeability, inflammation can be observed on the skin. The major symptoms observed are swelling, redness, pain and heat.

4) Opsonins are proteins which causes opsonization. Opsonization is a process by which an antigen is identified for elimination by phagocytosis. Antibodies like IgG is an opsonin.
