The answer is but obvious NO.The Brazilian generally kill those children from their tribe who they consider to be bad or unpure .These include children with disability,children of single mother or all who is considered to be carrier of bad luck.These people believe that the disabled child or triplets or twins are cursed and hence they kill them.This is a ritual practice that is being followed,or one can say slaughter in the name of ritual and and belief.These types of crimes are generally found in indigenous tribes.Lack of education and backwardness is the main cause of such brutal killings.It is not that it is being just followed in Brazil in many parts of the world thses kind of rituals prevails .Killing is any form is not accepted.
