Following are the 2 information systems that have been used by me for customer interaction.

• Godaddy support system
• Flippa support system

Godaddy is a portal for purchasing and selling domains, building websites in a faster way, and cashparking domains (putting idle domain names for advertising and earning revenue on clicks on the domain).

Flippa is a portal for selling one's websites, applications, domains and online businesses. What sets this portal apart from other portals is that it provides options to write a sales pitch for selling one's service.

One of the customer interactions was done to get assistance on how to change the nameserver for one of my domains. Another one was to switch from a regular godaddy domain parked for free to a cashparked domain for earning revenue on clicks. Others were to get assistance when the domain pages were not getting loaded.

In flippa, the purpose of one of the interactions was to get the domain ownership for the domains verified on flippa platform. Another was to validate if sale for a domain for which ad is already placed on flippa can be made outside the flippa platform.

Important security feature of godaddy support system was that it allowed to enter a secret customer pin and customer id via an online form to ensure privacy of the customer.

Important security feature of flippa support system was the flippa escrow system that allowed payments to be held with flippa until both the starts are satisfied with the exchange of services for the desired amount.
