1. stem cell is pluripotent means they have the capacity of self-renewal and differentiation. they can give rise to specialized cells types. they used in wound repair and regeneration. most of the time they used in the transplant of skin, because of their self-renewal property.

3. in many areas of treatment of diseases these stem cells are used like to treat diseases including Alzheimer's disease, spinal cord injury, variety of blood, bone marrow diseases, blood cancers, and immune disorders. then treatment of stroke, burns, heart disease, diabetes, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis stem cells are used where steam cells are grafted because of their self-renewal property.
