Eloise's first job was in a marketing agency for small events. This company's design was quite simple and straightforward. This family business turned on a dime and served numerous private events and small businesses. All aspects of the market she used to see and do. Events Are Us is a big company with branches in six Western and Southwestern states in Southern California.With 1000 employees and plenty of room to grow, this company's structure was complex. Each worker is responsible for their specific work. The company provided a full service menu. The agency had plenty of deals for managing their activities with major companies and sports organizations. One distinction between the two firms is the management of private events.

The technological climate, economic environment, legal environment, and team environment are strategic contextual elements for Events Are Us Business. Certain variables such as the social and cultural climate suit the company's structure. The company had branches in six western and south-western states in Southern California. Hence, the employees of the company are from different cultures. Events Are Us was a big business with lots of customers. Their staff deal directly with their customers. The structures of the company suit the social environment best.

Eloise's first job was in a small, family-owned event planning company where she used to see and do all the pieces of business. While at Activities, the worker has his or her specific tasks. Although she has great potential to give and the customer likes her idea, her colleagues and her boss have told her several times that she must "stay in her box." She missed the excitement of her first job where everything was done quickly, and when it was needed, all was done by everyone.

Eloise's first job was to see and do all of the work at a small family event planning agency. Every employee has their own special tasks while at Events Are Us. Whilst she has enormous potential and the client likes her idea, her fellow Members and her manager have often said that she "stay in the box " She missed the eagerness of her first work, where everything was done quickly, and everybody does what is needed when it is required.
