The three generations working together in 2019 in a workplace would be generations X, Y and Z.
The characteristics of them are:
1. The generaration X is the one who has done each and every work in detail. They are the knowledge and information hub. These are the people who have seen the industry for a long time and have seen multiple cycles of change. There value system includes continuous hard work, and many times following the top to bottom idea flow approach.
2. The generation Y are those who are good at being both Gen X and Z. They are be both outgoing and extremely hardworking at the same time. Hence they prove to be excellent mentors for Gen Z.
3. Gen Z is the new learned population which is extremely tech savvy and wants instant solutions to every problems. They have slowly replaced hard work to smart work.
