Such as TPP riboswitch- this binds TPP (Thiamine pyrophosphate) in order to regulate the transport and synthesis of thiamin aa well as other metabolite with similar properties.

Lysine riboswitch-This binds to Lysine and regulate its biosynthesis, catabolism and transport.
