ANSWER 1 :-

REDUCED PORTION SIZE - First of all, when a particular portion size of food is considered, it is not specifically restricted to the nutritional uptake but it is basically associated with the size of the food that is being provided which can consist of unknown amounts of dietary supplement. So, reducing the portion size will lead to reduction of of the amount of food being served thereby leading to changes in the nutrient composition of the meal.

EATING A VARIETY OF FOOD - This ensures that maximum amount of a variety of nutrients are provided through the meal. Every food product is specific in terms of its nutritional content and eating same time of food such as the fast food which in turn creates a habbit of dependency and thus creates behavioral changes which may prompt the individual to become dependent on the food.

Eating a variety of food increases nutritional uptake and reduces nutritional deficiencies. Maintains positive behavioral attitude towards diet.
