answer-

1- Planning function is one of the main function of management. This function is mostly related to managers in the organization in which manager forecast the goals and objectives which they would want to achieve in future for the growth and profit of the business.

for example- if If a business want to execute a growth strategy for its business so it would first plan which business and which product line to grow and what are the resources required to do that.

The planning function is implemented at first before other functions in the organization to achieve the goals, planning is the function which never stops and if some problem occurs in between the executing the strategy then manager make another plan to solve that problem.

2-Organizing function is related to decision made in an organization because in decision making we choose best alternative out many to solve a problem just like that in organizing we choose the best person to do the job in the organization.

The organization of tasks is determined by the senior authorities like CEO, departmental managers like Marketing managers, HR managers etc.

For example- HR manager determines which position is vacant and how and which potential employee is required for that job.they make job analysis for that.
