1. ETHICAL REASON-

The immigration reforms in the United States initiated in 1986 and reached the zenith during the year 2009. The six unique and constructive/ promising sections in the presidential regime of Barack Obama were designed to achieve the holistic outcome in the context of immigration reforms.

The American population in proportion to its geographical areas and natural resources is comparatively lesser. T=Some of the countries' population is much higher in proportion to their geographical areas and natural resources. America will still prosper and progress even if a good number of immigrants are legalised in an organised manner.

The well being of the immigrants with a policy framework can be triggered. This goes exactly congruent to UTILITARIANISM/ CONSEQUENTIALISM as it thinks of the greatest good for all the people. Collective good for more number of human beings can come into picture.

And if US is a developed country, it is the duty/ responsibility of US to assist the growth and development of other nations and citizens thereof. Therefore according to Deontology/ Kantenian Ethics, it will be a constructive/ good/ right action by the US.

2. LOGICAL REASON-

The legalisation of the illegal immigrants and channelising them into the labour force and making available the employment opportunities, may be a case of the unskilled labour force, it still adds significantly to the National GDP of the United States.

There is increase in the net personal income of the American citizens as well

The inadequate supplies of labours in the market are compensated by immigrants.

The insufficiency of people in home services can be coped up with by the immigrants.
