Ans- Feedback inhibition is a way to regulate the metabolic pathway.In this inhibition, there is a second binding site on the enzyme where the inhibitor binds, so that the inhibitor does not have a similar structure with that of substrate.

To catalyze a reaction, enzymes bind to specific substrate molecules.When an enzyme binds to its substrate, it forms an enzyme- substrate complex lowers the activation energy of the reaction and promotes its rapid progression by providing chemical groups or ions which forms covalent bonds with the molecules.
