4. Posting is approved by HR/Managers/Recruiters
5. Application process takes place- managers review applicants and contact those considered for first step of interview process
6. Notify successful applicant(s) first, followed by unsuccessful applicant(s)
7. Salary and job offer forms are submitted once the applicant accepts position and passes interview process
8. Begin induction and training process of new hire- filling out required paperwork such as I-9s, etc.
Distributive Fairness- Harder to improve. Respond/thank applicants. Could work with procedural fairness
Procedural Fairness- Utilize the best hiring practices and screening devices
Interactional Fairness- hire and train the best recruiters
Reduce Spillover- Treat applicants fairly. Make sure company image is reflected positively at all times.
