Health care issues become law by recognizing a problem, choosing the best solution and creating a bill for it. Only a few have actually survived to become a law due to the long process of forming a health care law. When forming health care laws this is a very touchy and sensitive topic. Law means governed controlled by another body of enforcement. Dealing with health is a individual thing and sensitive area to the privacy of a person. So to me that needs to be taken into account when thinking about forming the process of a health care law. However I do feel depending on the natural of the health care law and surrounding issues Yes health care laws need to be formed and the science behind it should be carefully weighted out. Comment

As we all know the fact that'Health is wealth' so the topic is so much relevant now. Day by day new diseases are spreading around the world. Now a days, in hospitals patients are treated like a piece of meat getting carted around from place to place. Hospitals are designed perfectly to meet the needs of physician not the need of patients. We all have atlest one frastrated movement in hospital. When we step in to a hospital there starts the real fight between the hospital management and the life of the patient. Scanning, x Ray, MRI, blood test, urine test etc.. Doctors are forced to refer there patient to do different test by the hospital management for making money.

So the health law is the wide body of law that regulate the dealings of health care services. It is about who provide and who receive it. Law are very important in health care.In most of the hospitals they lack humanity everyone is just looking for profit and brandname. Technology developed a lots but most of the people didn't get the benefit in hospitals.

To save life money didn't be a matter. For such this laws can make many changes.we should protect and promote health. Health care should finding solutions to stop sick not only to cure as from sick.
