When a student submits an assignment, it is stored in an assignment submission file, and the system generates and sends a notification of submission to the professor. Professor records feedback and grade on the submitted assignment, which is stored in a grade file and the system generates and sends a feedback/grade report to the student. Furthermore, at the end of the semester the system calculates a final grade using data stored in a grade file and generates a verification request to the professor. Once the final grade is verified by the professor, the system generates and sends a final grade report to students.
