1. The groups protected by the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) age, religion, race, sex, sexual orientation, and mentally or physically challenged people.

2. No employer can discriminate any other human being on the basis of his/ her religion. Religion choice is about the liberty/ freedom of a human being. Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Sikhism or any other religion and a belief in it or allied aspects by a human being are a matter of choice and not to be interfered and made the reason of discrimination.

3. Federal laws signed by the president exist for the prohibition of any kind of discrimination by the employer. A charge of discrimination can be filed if a person is discriminated on the basis of age, religion, race, sex, sexual orientation. This will trigger EEOC to deal with the situation and to seek solutions for the related issues.

4. Nearly all the groups are fairly included and protected by EEOC. Something more like whistle blowers, economically backward/ person from bottom of the pyramid can be added.
