Answer #1

Flexible work schedule is the one trend which would benefit me most as an employee. As that would make to work as per my suitable time. This would also benefit me with maintaining a good relationship between work and personal lives, where I can spend some quality time with my family and can work as per my preferred time to work. It would certainly motivate me and work with more dedication to give my best.

Some of the challenges which the management might face to implement this trend are:

  1. Management won’t be sure about the manpower at a certain time period
  2. Employees may emphasize on one specific time slot to work, leaving the manpower capacity in other time slots very little.
  3. It would be tough for managers to manage such employees, and do the monitoring if required.

Selecting Employee Benefits In today's workplace, employees must manage the demands of their work roles and their family roles. Because of this realization, many employers have added "family-friendly" benefits such as family leave, childcare, elder care, and college savings plans to their employee benefits programs. Although these benefits most directly affect employees with family responsibilities, family-friendly benefits often have spillover effects in the form of loyalty because employees see the benefits as evidence that the organization cares about its people...
