Answer #1

Which of the following would be considered a situation of legal employment discrimination?

Correct answer is

"D) Rene, who has a disability, is rejected from a job position because another candidate did not have a disability."

Option A is a scenario of misunderstanding that Charlie has a disability which he does not.

Option B is a valid scenario however some employment does need certification however this is not a discrimination.

Optiion C is related to job rejection since employer would have to pay for accommodation and not necessarily related to Sheryl's disability condition.

Option D is a clear case of legal employment discrimination where Rene is rejected because she has a disability and another candidate without disability is selected.
