Answer #1

1. According to Greek mythology, Prometheus was a Titan, as he did not take part in the war against Olympians he was spared and assigned the task to create a creature for the earth, he created man out of the mud and Athena the Goddess of war, handicraft, and practical reason breathed life into his creation. Prometheus gifted man the power of Fire to stand upright like God.

2. After the creation of man Zeus, the king of the Greek Gods decreed man to sacrifice the portion of each food and present it to the Gods. Prometheus who was a supreme trickster twice tricked the God Zeus he made two piles from the slaughtered cow one with the bones wrapped in juicy fat and another with meat hidden inside the hide. He offered both to Zeus and told him to pick his part of the sacrifice. Zeus selected bone dipped in juicy fat. This infuriated Zeus he took away the fire from a man but Zeus again brought it back from the sun. Prometheus tricked with Zeus twice that made him angry and he decided to punish man and Prometheus.  Prometheus was bound on the mountain Caucasus with an unbreakable, diamond chain where the giant eagle used to eat his liver in the day time, and it used to get regenerated during the night, (this is the theory of liver regeneration) as the Greek god would not die.

3. Prometheus is portrait as a God who had created man he loved his creation so he gave stole fire from God and gave it to man, fire represents energy, assertiveness, and passion, he was punished for being friendly with human beings. He represents intelligence, strong-willed, kindness, and generosity, he is the symbol of sacrifice. Prometheus can be compared to Victor Frankenstein. Prometheus had given the man fire that was supposed to be only for God, and Victor Frankenstein is the character in Mary Shelley's 1818 novel Frankenstein who gave technology to the modern world he is called the Modern Prometheus.

They are similar because both have the vision Prometheus is the symbol of intelligence and the ability to overcome the obstacle. The same way Victor Frankenstein is modern is modern-day Prometheus he is giving technology to mankind, he is giving man immortality.

4. The human race is created by Prometheus as per Greek mythology, to distract man Zeus and Hephaestus created Pandora (female) the stunning beauty with deceptive heart and a lying tongue and closed it in the jar and forbade her from opening it. Pandora was curious she opened the lid and all the evil that was inside the jar came out in the world. Pandora closed the lid again, there was one more thing left inside the jar that was hope.

No, human being would not have been okayed because the human was made with many qualities some are good and some are bad the desire is also one of the qualities, the intelligence, kindness, sacrifices, and other qualities can be noticed unless there is an evil and Pandora had opened the jar to release the evil. That can make man distinguish between good and evil. The greatest quality remained inside the jar that is hope, then also the human race is always hopeful.
