Before this course, I thought managing technology and innovation meant organization produce and purchase machines technology and maintain them. Now, I think managing technology and innovation mean an area where organization can generate wealth as well as competitive advantage in business of its starting days if they manage technology and innovation successfully.

My experience and study this course has completely changes my view on technology and innovation because my knowledge was limited like i thought that technology and innovation means company tries to use technology and purchase new one to innovate the previous ones while now i think that with investment in technology and innovation, they can increase the sustainability of their business, achieve a factor called competitive advantage which is not present with other companies. this helps companies managing technology and innovation to have high profitability and market share.

for example- Apple company is great example of creating technology and innovation and still maintaining them like recently they launch Iphone 11 and 11 pro version phones with high end specs and design strong and unbreakable.

In my future Career, i will apply this knowledge by focusing on finding new technology and coming up with ideas to innovate them. for example- if i open a company then i would try to use high end updated technology to reduce work, reduce company cost and innovate working process. like introducing AI in manufacturing, introducing VR in training and learning etc.
