First of fall lets discuss about term personality
PERSONALITY -
What kind of Personality I am ?
oh this is the actually difficult question asked because it is really very difficult to assess your own personality type or can say watch your own traits so closely. the traits are not that much unique in my personality . full of emotions ,full of patience and sometime freaky .
2. What arc some strengths and limitations of assessing personality using observations and interviewing?
There are many ways to assess personality traits , if we talk about particularly observations and interviewing then some strengths and limitations are there =
Behavioral observation is a widely used method of behavioral assessment. Unlike other methods of behavioral assessment, most of which rely on people’s perceptions of behavior, behavioral observation involves watching and recording the behavior of a person in typical environments (e.g., classrooms). The assumption is therefore that data collected are more objective than are perceptions. Most methods of behavioral observation provide quantitative and objective data that can be used to determine current levels of behavior, to set goals for behavioral improvement.
The observation stage is the stage that tends to deal mainly with actions and behavior. Although there are exceptions, observation is generally the best method for studying natural behavior, while interviews and questionnaires are more appropriate for exploring opinions and beliefs.
The interview stage is best described as just that, an interview. It is used to measure future behavior on the basis of oral responses to oral inquiries. An advantage to this is useful in determining if the person has food communicative or social skills which may be necessary for the future, the interviewer can also obtain information needed to proceed, and can also assess a person’s general knowledge. A disadvantage would be that a subjective evaluation can be made or decisions tend to be made within the first few minutes of the interview
3. Have you had experience taking a personality test? What type of test was is, and what were your thoughts and feelings as the test-taker?
SOLUTION =
yes i had experience taking a personality test . It was self report inventory .Basically self report inventory is the method to assess your own personality type or traits. no thougths was interupting me I was totally neutral and feel positive that in few minutes i am going to know about personality traits.
4.What are some other social factors that should be taken into consideration when administering and interpreting a personality assessment?
SOLUTION -
Those who administer personality tests claim there are no “right” or “wrong” answers and often refer to personality tests as personality “questionnaires” instead of “tests.” This is untrue. A pre-employment personality assessment serves as a tool to help find the person who fulfills the criteria of a specific position; clearly, then, that there are actually right and wrong answers associated to specific positions. Preparing for the personality test in advance will allow you to become well-acquainted with the types of questions asked and what the optimal answers are.
There are some social factors which we have to keep in consideration like
1.As a test taker be neutral while taking test and after test . Dont be judgemental.
2. Always take test in specially pre decided venue for test where no noise and no disturbance should disturb them.
3. There is no rights and no wrongs in the test it just show the diferent traits and different personality type so it is test taker responsibility to ensure the client to satisfy about the test result.
4. What are some factors that may lead to changes in personality?
SOLUTION =
Issues like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and PTSD can certainly cause personality changes. Mental illness can be a result of a number of factors including experience, genetics or even physical injury or illness. Substance abuse can also change an adult personality.
A personality change occurs when a person has a dramatic change in appearance, actions, opinions or feelings. Gradual personality change is normal, and it is even normal for a person to experience some level of significant personality change over the course of adult life, especially as the result of trauma or success.
Substance abuse can also change an adult personality. Drugs or alcohol can literally rewire the brain and create personality traits in yourself or a loved one that were never previously present.
Drugs and alcohol can cause brain damage—either permanent or temporary. If substance abuse interacts with a mental illness or physical illness, it can make all problems become worse.
Finally, physical illness can cause personality changes. Stroke, brain infection, infection or injury can be serious problems. It is always important to see a doctor to rule out any of these highly dangerous physical illnesses. Dementia, Alzheimer’s and even body issues like digestive disease or heart disease can all cause personality changes and require immediate attention.

The phrase, "perception is reality," is often used when someone perceives something about someone or something that seems to contradict the true facts about that thing or person. The point is that regardless of the truth, our personal perceptions are usually the strongest factors influencing our actions and other thoughts and feelings. Often the difference between the truth and our perceptions can completely change the course of events that follow from what they would be if our perceptions were more...
