Think about your current stressors and how your personality plays a role in helping you to cope (or not cope) with these particular stressors. You are to evaluate your ability to handle stress from a Biopsychosocial perspective.  The following explanations must be included in your analysis. The analysis should be about 300-500 words.

1. What are the current stressors in your life?

2. Why these particular things are viewed as stressful while other things that others may consider "stressful" are not bothering you.

3. What stage of GAS are you in? (alarm reaction, resistance, exhaustion)

1.Well the current stressor in my life is my career and my girlfriend which has broke up with me last weak.

2.These things are affecting me more because I'm 24 now and on a verge of completing my masters ,so after masters I will need a job and the broke up is hurting because we are so uncertain about our future and being in love also we have to breakup.

6.My personality will surely play a vital role in maintaining and looking after those stressful situations because I'm a very emotional kinda person so for me it's little bit difficult to cope up with this situation.

7.I though have more Internal locus of control .It will really help me in getting over and dealing with my stress because these both the stresses are related to heart and mind only.

8.If I will become more calm and concentrated towards my goals without any expectations from others ,it will Surely help me in getting over those things.
