Can someone help me with a response to this discussion answer?

Personality can have a negative effect on health. If a person is hostile or angry, or stressed out and anxious, it can have a negative effect on health. One of the ways that relationship is illustrated is with heart disease. People that have negative attitudes also tend to be in worse health because they generally have worse health habits than people who are healthy and positive. Health disease is more present in people who have anger problems and are negative and stressed out. Men tend to drink more than women, and white men drink less than black and Hispanic men. People that drink excessively slow down as they get older, but moderate drinkers maintain the same level of drinking as they age. The health consequences of alcohol abuse include, cirrhosis of the liver, which is a scarring of the liver tissue that leads to liver failure, Peripheral artery disease, with is the inability of the liver to process blood, hypertension, cardiac myopathy, diabetes, colon cancer, and congestive heart failure. Sources of stress are a financial hardship, physical decline, abuse and neglect from care providers, companionship, and financial hardship. Ways to cope with stress are doing a physical activity like walking or exercising or talking to someone about how they are feeling. These coping methods are effective if done consistently. Women tend to be more open to talking about the things that are bothering them, and men are more likely to do physical activity to deal with stress. The area where you live and your financial situation have more to do with coping mechanisms than anything else. Where you live determines what you have access to, and what you can afford affects what you have access to as well. There are definitely free resources, but being able to get there depends on where you live.
