Answer 1- No, not all crimes should be death-eligible. Crimes like drug-trafficking, treason, kidnapping, etc are some crimes that result in death punishment. These crimes are not as gruesome as aggravated murder and hence should not result in death punishment. Also, there is no credible evidence that shows that death punishment declines the crime rates.
