Hata model for path loss Lp:

Where

fc = 900 MHz

d = cell radius = 5 km

hte = transmitter i.e. base station antenna height = 30 m

hre = receiver i.e. mobile station antenna height = 1.5 m

and

  

Transmitted power

= path loss + receiver sensivity

= 156.52 - 104 dBm

= 52.52 dBm [Ans]
