If a ship leaves the base at t = τ = 0 and travels straight ahead forever with constant acceleration a, show that no photo sent by the base after t = 1 / a, will ever reach the ship. If the acceleration of the ship is g, how long (as measured by the astronauts on board) does it take to reach a star that is n lightyears away from the base?
