The challenges associated with infections are 1) increase in the number of immunocompromised individuals. 2) use of basic level of control measures to avoid the infections 3) Practice of the procedures with risk like using the personnel who are not trained, using the less facilities having laboratories, and protective items 4) Lack of public hygiene

Helminths spread through various ways like through food, water, and soil, arhropod and molluscan vectors. They can infect every organ and organ system. Due to the prevalence of contaminated food, water and due to the large number of arthropods and due to the presence of the molluscans like snail in human habitats, helminths are prevalent.

The poor economic condition make the people unable to afford the measures to take care of the health and measures for the prevention of the disease causing agents. Thus, the poverty is associated to parasitic infections.

Different geographical locations will have different impact on the growth and metabolism of the organisms. This is not exceptional to even parasites. Generally warm and humid climates are prone to have more parasitic infections. Thus, the people who are living in warm and humid geographic locations are more prone to get the parasitic diseases.

parasitic infections spread from one person to other person. So if public health care measures are not properly employed, then the immune system of the people will be becoming weak and people will becoming more vulnerable to get attacked by parasitic infections.
