Answer- Following are strategies that I would recommend to help develop cohesion on a team-

1) There should be an effective communication in the group and there must be a continuous communication . The goals of the team should be communicated properly to every member .

2) A mission should be established and only those members should be selected who can contribute their best to this mission.

3) The team should look for diversity and the group should be diverse because a diverse group has more creative people and various new ideas can be entertained.

4) A proper feedback must be given to every member from time to time and also to the team as a whole for the proper functioning of the team .

5) Proper feedback should be taken from all members from time to time so that all members feel important and be considered while taking a big decision .
