a) Discuss three requirement analysis strategies

There are three major requirement analysis strategies

1.Business prrocess automation(BPA):

Here it is the basisc way where organisation operates unchanged and they use computer technology to operate any work.Here the advantage of this BPA is low risk and low pay-off but the planeers in BPA should invest time in probleam analysis and root cause analysis

2.Business process improvement(BPI):

In BPI makes some moderate changes in a way which organisation can take an advantage by utilising new oppurtunities offered by technology or to copy what competetors are doing

common activities which involved are:

  • Duration analysis
  • Activity costing
  • Informal bench marking

3.Business process reengineering(BPR):

BPR changes the fundamental way in which the organization spends little time on understanding because their goal is to focus on new ideas /ways of doing business in the present competitive technology

Common activities which involved are:

  • Outcome analysis
  • Technology analysis
  • Activity elimination

The purpose of a use case is to define the interaction between user and system to complete the user's task, and is also thought of as an external or functional view of a business process.
