A team by definition is a group of individual coming together so as to achieve a common goal. However, there are different types of a team member that are essential in creating a new business or entrepreneurial venture. Furthermore, for a business to success, different people with varied skills would be important to occupy leadership positions; this is the reason why a team is the lifeblood of a venture. To say, the strength of a business is largely determined by the makeup of the team and the strength of a team is determined by its capacity to solve problems. I would meet these people and convince them to join my team by selecting personalities in all classes of people with different skills and talents such as flexibility, people oriented, supportive, hardworking, et al.; from different professional backgrounds, countries, languages, and most importantly those that will know my business objective and are concerned with the success of my business I would motivate my team to continue to dedicate time or resources into my business venture by inspiring them confidence in order to give them reasonable remuneration, appraise, salary, boni and gift to work faster by showing them excellent impact they are making, addressing them with dignity and respect, commit work into their hands, include them in decision making, allow them to view themselves as a boss, understanding their needs such as psychological needs through the company. I will convert my though into business and make it work perfectly, it is necessary to carry out market research, write a business plan including realistic projections, target the right market and prospects and develop an effective team to support.
