The recruitments, training, employee management etc., might be problematic. Many conflicts might arise and even the pay scales might become an issue. So the company first need to take measures to prepare the HR department by providing awareness to the employees, training them on the new strategies, informing stakeholders of the developments, providing additional funds to the department to handle the maintenance and also following with them on the day to day activities and the impact of the growth strategies on the department.
