Do you think public opinion about LGBTQ behavior and issues has become more positive over the past few decades?
Years before, it was very difficult to accept the reality regarding the LGBTQ. Numerous conservative people, religious groups, cultures and reluctant democracies even failed to address these rights and issues. But situations have changes recently, rather the whole last decade. Yes, of course, the public opinion about LGBTQ behavior and issues has become more positive over the past few decades. This is evident from the below mentioned facets-
1- The spread and diffusion of LGBTQ people and their concern for each other.
2- The unity and constructive efforts by LGBTQ people regarding the achievement of their rights.
3- The consistent debates through various newspapers, articles, television programs, conferences and academic institutions have been crucial in this context.
4- The exploitation of LGBTQ people in some of the countries helped to emerge with a sympathy towards them.
5- The law/ legal systems worldwide treated the issue on humanitarian grounds and their was a better realization of the issues.
6- The conservative and fundamentalist mindsets have been faded in the wave of modernity and multicultural aspects of the twenty first century.
