• 1.Difference between faith and belief:-Faith is the trust we put in something,like a person,God or religion we follow,and belief is something which we think is true.Belief is more individualistic,i.e. what I believe in and find correct,is not necessary that the other person will also have the same belief.Faith is more general,since we trust th values of our religions.
• So our beliefs are things that we are thoroughly convinced of. Usually,but not always they are ideas, concepts that we gather through acquiring information and experience. Because of that, our beliefs can change over time as we gain more knowledge and experience more things throughout our lives.
• Faith includes our beliefs, but it is bigger than that. Faith requires action. If it doesn’t move us to do something or say something – actually take some kind of action – it’s not really faith at all.When we believe the truth with enough confidence to take action we exercise faith.
• 4.Active faith shows your faith by your works. In other words, you show that you believe in God by how you live your life.It is when the belief has an impact on the actions of the believer. Instead of just being aware of something, that something changes how we live.
• Example of active faith-Abraham put his faith into action. For this reason, he was willing to offer Isaac (his son) as a burnt offering
