Given that ,

mean = = 21.7 in. ( men)

standard deviation = = 1.2 in.

P(x < 23.7) = P[(x - ) / < (23.7 - 21.7) / 1.2]

= P(z < 1.67)

Using z table,

= 0.9525

The percentage is = 95.25%
