Yes an organizational design is driven by various customers,competitors,regulators and creditors because an organization is always going through all such persons during the whole lifetime.Customers are always in touch with the business organisation because organization sell the products to the customers.Competitors are also in the minds of business organisation because every business organisation wants to win over it's competitors and get a good reputation in the market.Creditors are the persons to whom business have to pay the money and there are many parties to whom business have to pay because business always deals with many parties and sometimes goods are being purchased on credit therefore the business organisation has to pay the amount which is not paid for the goods being purchased on credit.Regulators are the persons who help in the smooth functioning of business activities and help in doing different activities in such a manner so that business profitability is increased in a positive manner.I have seen many organisations doing such activities for their successful implementation of business activities and also such business organisation have been able to get success also. Thus I am telling all these things by my experience.I can give example of Reebok company, adidas company.
