Answer #1

One policy problem is to make public health and its administration to be more efficient so that it can deliver the objectives as planned and achieve the stated goals.

Public health is a different challenge to the private health care people avail and it has broader responsibilities to make research to find new ways to prevent the public health issues, spread awareness and take initiatives to control the outbreak of diseases among the others. Here, different methods of policy implementation as alternatives, explain the different benefits as well as shortcomings. Hence, at the time of policy formulation w.r.t. the public health, tradeoffs will be analyzed and best policy alternatives will be selected as a part of policy formulation. Here, administration plays an important role as well, because it can ensure proper allocation of resources, management of different functions and collaboration to gain the best results. So, administration helps in improving the efficiency of the policy planning and formulation.
